I have been living at The Social for close to 8 months now, and I have really been enjoying my stay here! The location is great, as the building is close to campus, as well as restaurants in Hampden and St Pauls Street. The gym, social lounge, and think tank are great amenities, and allow me spaces to both study in and have fun! The leasing manager Lisa has been very helpful in guiding my roommates and I through the application process and beyond. The staff is great, being always available to talk and consistently organizing events to bring together the apartment community. Thank you to the staff, I would 100% recommend the Social to all potential tenants!

I have been living at the Social North Charles for 2 months and so far it has been a great experience. The transition from living in college dorms to off campus at the Social was very smooth and the staff team was there to help. Additionally, the staff team is always there and try to find solutions to all your concerns, specially Lisa (Leasing Manager). Lisa is very lovely and understanding. She has helped me multiple times with questions about the amenities and about maintenance requests. After all, I would 100% recommend anyone to come live at the Social North Charles.

I have been living here since August and I have loved every single minute of it. Since day 1 I have felt very welcomed and my dog, Leo, has made a multitude of friends. Not only that, but he has become bestfriends with Lisa. Lisa always listens and cares for the tenants needs and is SUPER dog friendly. My dog will not let me go into the lobby without stopping to say hi to her. Lisa is the absolute best and a huge reason as to why I love living at The Social.

Beautiful apartment and very nice amenities. The staff is all very accommodating and responsive when it comes to maintenance and inquiries. The only gripe is the heat turning on too soon and some of the outdoor amenities- gas out on the grill, lights out, pool closes early in the season. However, I highly recommend it. It has been a great place to live especially in midst of remote learning.
