I had to replace an electric wand on my Miele Cat & Dog vacuum because I tried to unclog it and broke something vital. Both the manager and his assistant were so helpful, and the price of the replacement wand was really competitive.

I bought an expensive Janome Stylish S6 from this store. I have used this store for years and trusted them. This machine, however, and their service has been very disappointing. I have had to bring the machine in three times in six weeks. Every time they say it is repaired but the self threader does not work consistently. They say they do not do refunds. I have to bring it in for a fourth time tomorrow. I plan on going to Costco and buying an inexpensive sewing machine since they can’t or won’t fix this $1709 machine. I am so disappointed!

Great customer service. We bought a floor model vacuum cleaner, the owner gave us a new set of accessories and added warranty. They made us feel comfortable. Highly recommended if you want quality products and service.

I brought my machine here to get fixed and unfortunately was unable to get it working again (but they did everything they could to try to fix it), but I was able to get a new industrial strength sewing machine that could do leather (which is exactly what I needed). I was able to get a sewing lesson on how to use my new machine from Sam :) This place is awesome and the employees and owner are very knowelable and friendly. Will decently come back again and again for sewing machine accessories and other things I might need. Thanks!!!
