A small operation run by an a South Carolina native. This is a food trailer permanently parked at his residence. The meat is smoked just a few feet from where you buy it. The owner uses a Carolinas vinegar "sauce" that has a very mild kick. The pork is tender. The chicken falls off the bone. The ribs have a proper char. I haven"t tried the bricket yet. The sides are all tasty. Most are traditional, but I especially liked the collard greens. They appear to also be treated with his vinegar sauce which results in a lighter, brighter flavor as opposed to the heavier, stewy styles. I like both, but this made for a nice change. As for the corn muffin, I prefer a course textured, higher corn content, southern corn bread. Portions are generous (the sandwiches are a dinner meal). The service has a relaxed pace (this is not fast food) but is genuine and friendly. Take note that this is a CASH ONLY operation. I recommend that he get a Venmo account to enable digital cash transfers.

I rdered the bbq turkey with mac n cheese and candied yams. Everything was excellent, portion size was great considering the low price.
