Hot water heater!! Estimate to install with heater was 2800.00; financing is available!! Brought the heater and hired a local plumber. Cost for water heater was 600 dollars. Install 200. I took out the old one myself. Saved 2000 dollars by not using Home Depot!!!

They say full refunds on trees up to a year but when I bright a tree in for a refund they told me I had to take store credit and could not have cash. I was really needing the cash and when I think about it thr whole thing is just really stupid! Home depot has no excuse discriminating between types of trees. Their policy says full refund and then they say "well not for bonsai tree though," smh......

Staff mostly not interested in helping customers. Won't cut a small piece of wood to size as they abide strictly by minimum cut volume policy. Stock wood on shelf is such poor quality that even the available lumber employee recommended against purchasing. To cap it all off, when I checked out my subtotal showed that Home Depot stopped offering the veterans discount on lumber... Would have been helpful to know that in advance. Recommend shopping at Lowe's or another hardware store.

They have the sneeze guards and mask mandate. As well as sanitizing everything between customers. They are doing a great job not only to ensure customer saftey but employees as well

If you go into the store, there is almost always at least one person working the department that is an expert in that department and can answer your question, or help you find it. You can also try to Google it.
Not sure we get 10% On almost everything but some manufacturers refuse to let give discounts for some products.
You may be able to look up the receipt as long as you didn't pay cash if you pay with a credit card or Home Depot card they can look it up and find the receipt
You'd be better off calling the store for a more reliable info. Their staff is pretty friendly
