Updated Review: I have been going here awhile and I like my doctor. Things have been going well in terms of their care. They are good about processing referrals. All staff are friendly. However it’s hard to get an appointment they’re always a month out or longer and I’ve had to go to other PCHS locations to see someone many times. Most appointments feel rushed you’re in and out the door in 30 minutes once you see a doctor. This is good, and sometimes not. A roadblock now is happening with reaching my primary doctor. I used the patient portal and by two business days I was not contacted back. (It states on the portal you will be contacted within 2 business days) I called the office and they said they would have my doctor call me that day as it was an urgent matter. I didn’t receive a call. I sent a follow up message this weekend and hopefully I can get in contact on Tuesday. I wish PCHS had an additional line or hours for medical questions. I called the Nurse line and it rang through 2 times and hung up. It was during their business hours. There needs to be way to contact someone with immediate concerns. Initial Review: Showed up 6 minutes late. They said it had been 10 and canceled my appointment. I have medication running out in a few days and there were no appointments available before that time so now I have to figure something out. Great first experience!!!!

I have had several positively experiences with this local clinic and the clinicians therein. As someone who does not often have need or desire to see a doctor, I rate PCHC fairly high for their professional and welcoming atmosphere and staff.

Do NOT go to Peninsula Community Health for any sort of mental health services. First I scheduled an appointment with a therapist, and they gave me a therapist who’s last day was my first appointment. The second appointment they cancelled and a said I wouldn’t be able to see another therapist for 6 weeks. Today I had an appointment to be tested for ADHD. I arrived and they said they would have to reschedule me since the Psych doctor wasn’t aware she was supposed to test me. They apologized and said I wouldn’t be able to get in for another two months. They don’t care about you and their bedside manner is nearly non existent. If you can avoid this place, I’d stay as far away as possible.

I don't leave home without imputing my destination. I am new to the area and have need of necessary directions. This App. always gets me to my destinations, usually giving me two choice, with the time it takes for both. This a enabling planning ahead for my day. I happily recommend this App.! 🤗🙋
