All my food was perfect but the only thing was the condiments I ordered to barbecue sauce and sweet-and-sour sauce but they didn’t put the sweet-and-sour sauce instead they put ranch like I didn’t order ranch and ketchup so I don’t know just get your things together and work this out and Read what the people wants on the computers

I don’t expect much, other than to make my food correctly. I clearly stated, “No cheese,” which the cashier understood and put on the order label. Apparently though, literacy and courtesy are not required to work in the kitchen. How tough is “no cheese” to understand? Seriously? (Didn’t return it because, I went drive through and was 15 minutes away when I opened the bag.)

They were so understaffed that I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before anybody even acknowledged there was somebody at the counter. And the other customers were just as upset if not more upset than me. I would have to think twice about stopping at this McDonald's because it's the same way every time I have been there.

I ordered my food then drove to the window to pay. It took them ruffly 10 mins come to the window and wasn't an employ but the manger saying, "We can't give you your Order because you said bad words and was rude to are employee". I told him " That was not me, I even told the person thank you " .so my older sister jumped in the conversation to help me out because I was laughing by how mad I was getting. My sister said " That was not us " so then he checked his camera and said " I am sorry " then processed to take my money. Then I drove to the next window and the lady asked, " what Order was yours " so I told her what we ordered, then here comes the manger. saying "here is your order ". I was just mad and took the food and drove off. like check before you say I did something without proof. to summon it up horrible experience.

Being an ex manager, 24 hour drive thru have to shut down the system and restart through it's process so it can proceed to the next business day. In that time period they can only accept cash and have to manually calculate your total.
Far as I know there's no players areas in McDonald's
