Not very helpful was like 4 people at the registers and had to ask 3 times where starter fluid is at. I said. Feel free to answer me what isle is starter fluid in. Anyone, anyone. Then he said isle 8.

They fend to have a hard time finding a part unless you have the part number. Noticed the whole staff that was in there prior has been replaced for some reason. Not sure why but the quality of service there has decreased since.

I wish I could give a 5 star rating as I love the Napa brand. I will say this store is clean and organized. However, the service isnt always the best. No one seems to be in a hurry to do much of anything. I have only been in twice so maybe I caught the same people on bad days. They were helpful in getting parts or pointing me to the right isle, though not very quickly. I do have two big complaints. One, I had purchased rotors at a Napa in Liberty, MO for a car that got totalled and I no longer needed the rotors. When I walked in I was told I had to return them to the store I got them from. I ended up driving back up to Liberty to return them. I was told in Liberty that any Napa can return them. I was told the same thing at the Napa in Gladstone. A few months ago I had to replace brake pads on my car. I was given the wrong ones by this location (that was not their fault as the auto manufacturer made a change mid year on brake pad setup - though they probably should have noticed two part numbers listed). I was up near Gladstone when actually doing the repairs and went to the Napa in Gladstone to get new pads and was told they can return the others. I informed them I had not purchased them at their store. They said that doesnt matter, any Napa can return items. The Gladstone store took back the pads that I had already opened the package on, got me the correct pads, and got me out the door. Basically, in my opinion if you know what you need and aren't in a big hurry, this location has been great. If in a hurry and/or not 100% sure on the part you need or bought a part from another Napa, I dont feel this location is the one to visit.

There are 3 different ones depending on what brake set up you have. Please give the store a call. If we don't have it in stock, we can get it quickly.
