They ripped my nails off instead of soaking and my nails are very thin from doing fake nails horrible experience

My nail tech was Thai. Got an acrylic set and pedicure for a wedding. He was very good! Very kind and he did much more focused work than at other places. (See reviews for my fill @ Super Nails- Findlay 😓) will definitely be back to have that work fixed! Wish I had taken photos of his work!
