This supervisor is the rudest person I've ever met. the unprofessionalism in how is a return is handled is terrible. I did not receive a receipt for my return, the information in the computer was never updated, when the package was returned, but I did call to verify the package was scheduled for rejection when I saw the status was not changed online. The package was subsequently lost, and the supervisor became rude, blaming me for not making the post office give me a return receipt, and updating the system. If there are cameras in the Post office, it will verify that I dropped of the package, and this post office and its supervisor should be investigated.

I use this branch for most of my mailing (and I mail a lot). Employees are always helpful, and when lines lengthen they open another window. Home delivery is usually good. Occasionally I'll get somebody else's mail, but it's rare.

We have had days with no mail being delivered at all and then we have days of it’s only an advertisement but no other mail and then all of a sudden three days later we get a whole stack of actual mail that’s not advertisements. And what concerns me is is our stimulus number three EIP still has not been received although the irs says the money was given to the people with the card and the card says it was done but we’ve never received it so it makes me wonder where is our mail going and this time they didn’t even scan it or send the email response that there was no mail today

I am sorry that you are having a issue with your mail carrier I have been doing this job for 23 years this is the worst winter I have ever seen all I can say is please do your job and making sure your mailbox is cleared of snow and your driveway is accessible we're doing the best we can

You can! If you walk up to the front desk and describe your situation and as long as you have a valid photo ID, you should be able to pick up your package.

Yes, there is a self-service lobby at the USPS on Bethel Rd in Port Orchard. The parcel drop only accommodates smaller packages, though, not large ones.
Not available for pick up if you don’t get there before mail leaves, even if they don’t stop at your mailbox they hold your mail hostage all day but say they tried to deliver and there is a notice in your mailbox but there is nothing in there. USPS PO is horrible!!! They always have been so I don’t expect anything better with the snow. The service is horrible, they are SO RUDE no matter how nice you are.
If you schedule a package pickup and pay for the postage the carrier will pu k up the package, it goes to the plant, goes to the post office of the town it is to be delivered to, distributed to the route that it is to be delivered to, then delivered to its destination. Does that help?

Depends on package size or weight and how far it is going...good place to check all 3 options would be a private mailing location which uses All 3 They Could Tell You Lowest price then take package directly to USPS UPS or FedEx as the post box places charge more than going directly through provider
