Y'all on the Sunday evening shift messed up my order so bad it was almost amusing. Almost. The fries were way over salted and tasted like they sat out all day long. My mom's fish sandwich was pretty much cooked beyond what a fish should ever have to endure and only had half the piece of cheese on it. It was a cremated McFish. 😒 I asked for EASY ice on my orange drink and you guys filled the glass 2/3 full of ice. Please do better. It may just be a fast food job but it reflects not only how you feel about working in general, but how you feel about yourself. Be better. Do better. You'll feel better.

I love eating at this specific McDonald's because they always have the food fresh and I can't say I've ever had a bad experience at this location.

Pretty frustrated with our service this morning, ordered 4 McMuffins and got biscuits instead, went back to fix the problem, and the manager didn’t even talk to us, felt really bad cause the poor dude at the register had to ask for our messed up order back just to throw it away like we were tryna trick them???? We get the same thing Everytime we go so it was all just frustrating. Then the egg in the middle of the sandwiches was raw cause they rushed the whole thing. Obviously u can’t expect high quality from a McDonald’s but it was pretty ridiculous. Props to the workers I know mistakes happen but the manager was pretty ridiculous.

Yes, I know not to expect much when you go to a fastfood place. But this McDonald's is pathetic. I attempted to use some points last week and there was an issue. My app said one thing and their computer said another. Instead of trying to figure it out, the young female employee popped attitude and said "Theirs nothing I can do". Another employee got on the prompter and actually worked with me to resolve the issue. The first employee needs to be working fries or something because she was as pleasant as a cactus and as useful as a screen door on a submarine. Today there was an issue with order taking so instead of putting up a sign or something, they just ignored those who tried ordering. Like I said it's fastfood, but this place just downright sucks. Last time we'll be visiting.
