I rarely give reviews but I had to give big props to the manager Shawn at this location. There was a mess with a reservation I made at tool rental and the staff were not helping one bit. Shawn came in like a BOSS and got my issue resolved with in 10 minutes, after spending an hour with the other staff. Again, thank you so much Shawn for all your hard work.

Standard Home Depot which are good for overall hardware and parts. Checkout line was strange. They make you line up far back to the left side for any register. There are no signs nor markers on the floor to form a line there. That wasn't clear nor like any other HD I've been to.

I ordered a few thousand dollars worth of blinds for my Home , they hired Beautiful blinds Installer and if you check the rating on yelp and Google you’ll see they’re probably the worst in San Diego area. company came out and measure them and looks like they didn’t know how to measure. Aside from the quality of the blinding absolutely awful. Installers Was completely unorganized and couldn’t schedule installation. I called the company and schedule lady was extremely rude and when the installer came, he continued being upset with installation. They left without finishing the installation. Not sure how this is all going to work out.Don’t order blinds from Home Depot. They They don’t know what they’re doing, quality is bad, and installers are horrible

I bought the washer and Dryer. Kim, Joel, and Emlyn help me with purchasing and opening the home depot credit card. Kim is very expert on his word and has a lot of experience. I would recommend following whatever he says. He helps me with my credit card extension.
