Products are the same as any other Home Depot. Plenty to choose. People are nice here. Always crowded. Plenty of parking. Pet friendly.

Did go to Carmel Mt. Looking for special screws could not find them. One of employees told me to go to Poway location, I did. One of Poway guys took me to drawers looked for those screws and advised how to use the. This was a great experience and what I was expecting.

Went into the Carmel Mountain store looking for a replacement door (garage to house, has to be fire-rated). A gentleman named Jeff helped me out -- he was patient, smart, funny, and extremely knowledgeable (not always my experience with Home Depot employees). I've hung dozens of doors before, and Jeff taught me three new things. He took the time to give me a number of options, depending on my skill level and willingness to work. I'm very impressed.

They do rent per day or per hour. It is pretty reasonable depending on what you need it for.
I'm just a customer, I wouldn't know the exact size, I do know it's big and always has what I need.
