I came in for a phone case for my new iphone13 and the lady that helped me was very nice and helpful. She immediately helped me as soon as she was done helping the other customer that was there before me. She showed me their selection of cases with a friendly smile and gave me a recommendation then let me browse for one I liked. After I found one she helped me install it quickly and got me checked out and on my way. I think her name was Xami? Can't quite remember, but she made this visit wonderful. Thank you!

Abraham at the Bellevue AT&T store, exhibits excellent customer service. He is knowledgeable of processes and technology. Upon as entering the store he eagerly approached us to assist us. I am baffled to why he has not been groomed towards management. He’s extremely bright and gets it! I hope AT&T understands what you have in your midst.

I'm with at&t for over 7 years and was ready to get out of it, due to bad customer service via loyalty department. I was in the store for some info I needed to plan my move out of at&t. Store associate was completely unaware of my plan. I wanted to give one last try to resolve my issue before I ask my question on move. The rep fixed my issue in 10 mins. This was a complete Aww!! moment for me. As I didn't had to go through transfer mess. My issue resolved, have better plan with low cost. More years with At&t.
