I ordered veg Biryani Nad it'd looks and taste like home made khichdi very disappointing. And also ordered Masada dosa stuffing taste is so bad as well as sambar and chatni was not will never go this place ever

My experience was never go back again unless you are hungry to death and there's no other place. We ordered idli, vada and Rava Dosa. Rava Dosa is the only thing that we could eat. Idli was brought to us stone cold. You can tell the vada isn't fresh as well. Also they were placed on the serving place as if it was thrown from distance. I am saying that because it shows the interest they have in customer experience . The server doesn't know why it was cold. I asked another person, he says they are freshly made. When we questioned him more like how come it is cold if they are freshly made. He replied that those are made like 8hrs back and gave free advice that no restaurant will make idli when you order. No proper reply when we asked why you didn't even care to reheat them properly before serving. Then the owner came table to table right at 9.30(I think) giving checks and collecting the money because that is closing time. We were like the promptness and care in collecting money and closing the accounts for the day is great. But placing half the care in customer experience would help the place.

Terrible food, stale idlis, cold vadas served. Tried panner curry as well, panner was very hard. And of all the above they charged $6 per water bottle, which is usually given free. Noone even cared to mention that the water is chargeable. I will certainly not recommend to eat here. They are spoiling the name of udipi and South Indian cuisine by serving such terrible food.
