This has to be the worst location I have ever been to. Trash all over the place. Smells like urine. A simple power wash of the breezeway and walk ways would eliminate that but looks to have never been done because they look horrible. Breakfast is ran mostly by the opener or family member who’s also Foreign. Was told this morning why the gravy was cold is because “it’s not on the regular menu” what does that even mean?! The gravy was ice cold in a pot that wasn’t even turned on. That’s happened three times this week. Only when another attendant is on is it correct. We’re forced to listen to Indian music blaring from his phone while trying to eat. Asked for a remote to correct the dark picture and was hung up on. When I walked down to the front desk I was told his call was more important. Apparently guest take a backseat to personal calls here. Asked for a pillow that wasn’t flat as a pancake and told “that’s all we have” I had to go buy my own pillow. Moldy shower curtains. Apparently they don’t feel the need to wash them. As with many foreign ram motels, these people just want your money and don’t have a clue to what customer service is or how to keep bringing people back. They want your money and give you nothing for it in return except their own personal entitlement. Quality in a cross the street is a better option but even they have lousy house keeping. Upgraded to a 1 star. Never cleaned our room while we were there. Housekeeping would take our towers and never give us new ones. We ended up moving 5 rooms to another hotel. Stay at your own risk. You were warned!

Worked well for our family. Room was clean, didn't smell, and was in good shape. The bathroom and shower was nice with good water pressure and volume. The counter person was nice and helpful. The lobby where the breakfast options were was ok. Could have been cleaned more between people getting their food(splaters and minor spills). But all in all it worked good for me and my family and what we needed.

Our first room we had, there was mouse droppings on one of the beds. One of the cleaners came in the room swept off the bed and said it was clean. We got another room that was better until I saw mold in the corner by the door

$94 for a $55-60 room. My pup spilled a little water I wiped up with a towel. Floor prob never been cleaned you can see & feel the dirt. No bugs. Bed comfortable. Needs a few lights. Jeneva is a gem and extremely helpful, bubbly with positive attitude. She obviously works hard and loves her job. We do like our room & frequent. We wear socks or slippers which we do in hotels anyway. It's quiet & comfortable overall. I'd love a good floor cleaning, however. ☺️
