Never visited the hotel only the casino. I'm a smoker so the smoke doesn't bother me but the casino floor is the worst. They don't pay out and I've lost so much money. If you win anything better cash out and run because it will all be taken back. People sit behind you and watch you play and when you lose all your money and leave they hop on the machine. I'm never going to this casino again and I'm from St. Louis.

We stayed here for a wedding. The hotel is designed to make you spend as much time in the casino as possible. Way too expensive for what they offer- the rooms don't even have a microwave. I wouldn't choose to stay here if I could avoid it- much better hotels nearby for similar prices.

This place was a joke! No food, couldn't use the pool nor the workout room. I asked the man at the desk for a list of places to eat around there, he told me he didn't have one. He lied and was rude. The girl on the next shift provided us with the paper requested. We did not get the room we booked and he refused to move us stating there were no other rooms available, however there were less than 15 cars in the lot the entire time we were there. Ugh! We will NEVER stay there again

My wife's birthday was on the 19th and for her birthday I took her out to dinner and then to lumiere place to gamble. It was a little difficult to find our way around to the parking area since we had never been there. But once we got parked and found our way into the casino. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The atmosphere was pleasant and we enjoyed ourselves.
