The Chicken is Dry an they gave me some dry fries which I politely gave back to them. Red beans an rice I’m tasting kernels like what is really going on here. They need better People at the window an better people cooking I’m sooo Dissatisfied we have already pulled off from waiting on my fries . We just spent $43 bucks I’m calling Corporate Office I want my money back

I live less than 2 miles from this location and would rather start driving further for better service. There is hardly ever any chicken when u want it. I spent $42 and all I got was drums and thighs. No chicken sandwich that I needed or the sides that I asked for. I fell asleep waiting for my food.. I pulled out of line for this. I'm tired of driving out of my way to eat. Has too high

DO NOT GO HERE! They only had 3 things to drink or so they said none of the sauce we wanted our chicken was cold our fries tasted like 2 week old burnt oil. The rice and beans was nasty. We love popeys we eat there 4 out of 4 times we dine out this place was disgusting

This Popeyes at 9854 New Halls Ferry Rd, is the worst one ever!! I've been there 4 or 5 times over the last few months and was only able to get food once. They are always out of chicken or something, not taking orders, or the wait is 25 minutes. They need to do better because it's ridiculous! Won't be patronizing this one again. I advise anyone to keep driving and don't waste your time.
