I don't understand why this location is so much worse than any Jimmy John's I have ever been to. The bread is consistently stale and they have messed up most of my orders. I don't like leaving negative reviews but they also don't offer any other way to give feedback.

They’ve always had the worst service at this location, often forgetting items we ordered and had an attitude if we expected them to go back and get what we ordered and paid for. Now they’ve apparently decided to close at 3, no sign on door, no update on the site, and when calling the next closest less than a mile away they don’t deliver to cover it. I used to love Jimmy Johns but I doubt I’ll go to one again. I don’t want to support any place that allows this terrible service to be the normal, and all this is excluding the fact that every time we ordered, it would take them 45+ minutes to get here when they are a block away.
