The cook/cashier was very nice and hurried to complete his orders. He was very accommodating. We got a cookie to share. It was great. Wished we had two.

My wife loves this place and for the first time I had one of their sandwiches and let me tell you wow! Definitely trying again and highly suggest trying if you haven't.

Although the sandwich wasn’t bad, it was nothing like the photos or descriptions. I ordered a BLT which was supposed to have thick cut smoked bacon and Roma tomato’s and lettuce. The picture looked great. What I got didn’t look like roma tomatoes (cut super thin), shredded iceberg and a couple flimsy thin bacon pieces. Had to take sandwich apart to find the bacon. Like I said the sandwich wasn’t terrible but definitely disappointing.

This Penn Station has obvious staffing issues, but when my son and I were there, they weren't busy. Fries were as usual and good. My son ordered a cheesesteak with onions and banana peppers.
