Needed prescription dog food and my wife was treated absolutely horrible for not having a prescription card. The lady actually tried hiding in the back for 15 minutes not to have to input the prescription and put it in the system. Not only is my dog severely sick at home, but my wife had all 3 kids with her and this extended her trip over an hour total and could have taken 15mins. The male employee that helped her find the food was very helpful and nice, but the female in the hospital department should never be in front of a customer again. Also made our vet wait on hold for 20 mins while she threw a tantrum over having to do some work.

Had to save this little guy because they don’t take care of their little bettas. So sad to see the cups stacked and filled with feces. When I told an employee, they said the fish just “like” to make a mess. Even Pet Supplies Plus does a better job and I won’t be back.

Bought five fish and they have survived for over a month now, no signs of sickness or issues. The worker even suggested I not buy from a certain tank because he was monitoring them for sickness. I really enjoyed all the info and products available.
