Positive: I love the remodel they did years ago - it has aged well and is a good, comfortable hotel. The staff is really good, too - very helpful and kind. Negative: The walls were a little thin - but luckily the people that stay here are good so it isn't a big deal.

Had a noise complaint at 8:00 pm after being on FaceTime with my family. I was speaking Spanish and apparently the neighbors weren’t happy and sent front desk to advise me to keep noise down! Freaking ridiculous!!! I was using a normal toned voice and apparently the walls are poorly insulated! Never again!!! I will be making a complaint to IHG corporate first thing in the am. Franchise owner please educate your staff on properly handling guest noise complaints! As a Diamond Elite IHG guest I have never experienced such horrible treatment.

Positive: Front desk staff was very kind and professional. Room was clean and to the standard I expect from Holiday Inn. Beds were comfortable. I wasn¿t sure what to expect because of some of the negative reviews. Great experience and would recommend. Negative: No breakfast due to staffing shortage thanks to COVID. Would be nice if they had fruit or granola bars available for a grab and go breakfast.
