I am a fan of McDonald's, and for years it has been my favorite restaurant. Since this location's remodel, I have had consistently terrible experiences here. The employees are not friendly, and they sometimes give dirty looks. The lack of a drink refill station makes asking for refills a complete nuisance. Today, July 22, I ordered a Sausage McMuffin with Egg, which had only half an egg, sliced lengthways and falling apart. I've had hundreds of McMuffins in my life, so I know how big the egg is supposed to be. It looked otherwise edible, so I started eating. Two-thirds of the way through it, the egg suddenly tasted like lemon-scented cleaning solution, so I spat it out immediately and trashed the rest. Please do not shop here! This location will poison you and not bat an eyelash. I will not be back except to collect a gift card as restitution to use at another location.

The gentleman with the long hair was super nice and kind! Wish I could have caught his name to mention him. They took a little bit of time, but Im happy to wait a little bit to know my food is all made correctly, hot and fresh. Also surprised to see them open as late as they were.

All this updating to this restaurant to still have poor service. Every time I come here my order is messed up. I asked for simply a cheeseburger with only lettuce Mayo and cheese only thing I ordered and they still got it wrong. All they had to do is look at the receipt they make it that simple for you. I waited in the drive thru at the third window for 10 minutes for one cheeseburger. While everyone else was getting there food. Went inside and it was just sitting there on the counter. McDonald’s really needs to get it together. Stop hiring these people that can’t obviously read!!

Digging the rewards deal on the app got my beautiful Qween a large frappe for basically free so that's what's up ow ya also forgot to add that we got a 10 piece nugget for free as well
