Showed up with a couple of friends and a 1 year old, asked for a table and a high chair. Since it was Sunday they only seat at the bar. That's fine, but they first tried to seat us at a tall table...guess we are gonna put the 1 year old under the table in his high chair? They move us to a regular table. After 15 minutes they finally take our drink order. We get our drinks about 5 minutes later. But then it takes another 10 minutes for them to come back to take our food order. We order our food. The waitress comes by and drops off some bread sticks. They bring out my house salad I ordered and I ask for silverware. She takes our glasses and brings us refills. No silverware. We sit there for 15 minutes. In which she walks by our table 3 more times and won't even make eye contact so I can remind her about needing silverware. It's the bar so it is loud and i can't just say excuse me unless I were to yell. I am leaning back in my chair away from the table arms crossed showing all the signs that I'm not happy. Still nothing. We finally give up and stand up. Another waitress asks if everything is OK and we say we are just gonna go and ask how much for our drinks? She says let me get your ticket. She comes back and says don't worry about it. After an hour in the place the only thing we had accomplished was getting drinks and a salad that couldn't even be eaten because we could not get silverware. Very disappointing experience for my first time to try the place. Will also be my last time! If you are going to be a high class restaurant with high class prices. Maybe you should treat your customers like they matter. Even a simple "we are behind, but we are working on it" would suffice. Ignoring your customers is not the answer.

May 24, 2022 2:55 - 4:45 p.m Only one other table in the restaurant, we were told they didn't have BBQ sauce for wings. So I tried Bacon-Honey Mustard. Not a fan. Too bold. Like there was too much of something that made them hard to eat. My daughter had a salad with half cooked chicken. She had bone-in chicken and hers was good. Lisa, the manager, did everything she could to make it right. Even got me some BBQ wings (which is what I wanted from the start). We also had a Creme Brule and it seemed to have pumpkin spice in it. Not a fan with pumpkin. In her defense, she was trying to help a customer that didn't speak very much English. So she didn't know what was happening at our table. She had new help and was trying to be everywhere. She did the best she could, with what she had to work with. I will come back and try it again another time and see if I can change the stars.

My son and his girlfriend took me out to eat for dinner tonight because they were unable to be here for Mother's Day. I tried the fried green beans and the spinach-artichoke hearts dip and both were excellent, I had never had either of the appetizers before and definitely recommend them. The pasta con broccoli was delicious! The waitresses were very nice and polite, I will be going back to Costello's Restaurant again.

My first time at this place and it will not be the last! Absolutely amazing service and the food was delicious! The waitress was so friendly and helpful. She was patient with us and the little one which is aways a huge plus! Highly highly recommend going here!

Honestly you won't take a cc number over the phone to gift an anniversary dinner to a couple? What world are you living in? I tried several times to reason with this employee and she hunk up on me seriously?
