Place is full of fleas & bed bugs! I got bitten all over! I went to notify the front desk & they offered another room I refused & told them I needed to leave ASAP & lady at the front desk cursed me out. Worst experience... please save yourself a sleepless night at this place

Customer service is a joke.. Whoever runs super 8 needs to check out the one in Poplar bluff Missouri. They refuse to honor their military discount that is on line. They then say they don't rent to military at all.. This hotel is a disgrace for America. All super 8 should be closed if this is how they run business.. Reporting to the better business bureau as you are a joke.

Negative: Check in was smooth and the lady who checked me in was great and sweet. However, the shower ceiling and around the bathroom was molded horribñy which i have pictures of. Theres more i am not happy about but i do not have enough space to put it all out.

I don’t know why I read the reviews after booking and staying here, but I must have gotten lucky because I really didn’t have any issues during my stay. It was what it was supposed to be - a decent room that seemed clean & not run down (although my only complaint is the room felt a bit small and had too much furniture in it for my taste but that’s just being nit picky). Check in was quick and the staff was pleasant. Would stay again.
