Yesterday I went to T-Mobile to see what kind of deals they could offer me and I met a customer representative named Trey. He said that if I leave AT&T and join T-Mobile, he could give me the iPhone 13 with just a $30 activation fee, out the door. Then Trey got my phone, typed in a code and sneakily ported (transferred) my phone number to T-Mobile without my consent. Then when it was all said and done, Trey said the total was over $400 for taxes and other fees. I told Trey that wasn't what he told me and his response was, "oh, my bad, I should have told you.". I told Trey that I no longer wanted to do business with T-Mobile and he said that it's too bad, because they now owned my number. I asked Trey to return my number to AT&T and he said, "if you want it back, go to AT&T and have them fix it.". Trey lied to me, had very bad customer service, blamed me for his mistake, made me go out of my way to fix his mistake and had no remorse. This T-Mobile is a terrible place. Because of Trey, I will forever be an AT&T customer. And a little word of advice for Trey.....when you're in a so called "precessional" work environment at T-Mobile, please pull up your sagging pants. The customers don't want to see your boxers or the crack of your butt. Not professional at all. Trey should be fired ASAP!!!!!!!!! Not only that, the other day, I received a $2 bill in the mail from T-Mobile. Sooooo sad

Be aware of this location, it not an actual T-mobile store but is a Metro store and they do not honor the same policies as T-mobile's regular stores. I bought AirPods Pro for $275 from this location and they sold me a defective pair, when I tried returning them after 2 weeks they refused the return, stating it was against their policy and redirected me to Apple to replace them. Apple refused to help me since they were recently bought and advised me to take them back to the original store. I was unsuccessful with dealing with their representatives. So I am now out almost $275 and cannot use these AirPods.

I believe my customer service person was named Toni She went above & beyond to help me hook up my phone with my new car for a hands free communication for my my Hyundia Kona 2022 . I have been going to this store for many years now & have gotten great Service every time they are remodeling finally & will be continuing to go to this store because of there great customer service . 😁😉

This is the best t-mobile location I've been to. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Ramon is exceptionally helpful. He stayed after the store closed to help my husband and I get new phones and change our plans. We were never rushed and all our questions were answered honestly. He was also generous for replacing my broken charger cord. T-Mobile is known for their excellent customer service and this location exemplifies that!

I am happy with T-mobile, I have 2 lines and coverage to speak to Canada, and Mexico the cost is very accessible
