Positive: The location was great Negative: One of the staff and the manager talked about me and laughed at me when I walked away from the front desk and was going to eat with my kids. I thought it was very ruse of them to laugh at me like they were and talk crap about me and my kids like theyopen

Happy with room, size and value is good. On the flip side, was disappointed with the following; - Charged twice for the room and was not offered an apology. -Front desk named Sara was not helpful - Asked for room to be cleaned and linen to be changed. Returned to my room late at night and nothing was done. Was told that they only service the room at a certain time of the day. Made it out it was my fault.

Noticed a homeless encampment nearby as we check in at midnight. I was told they had security walking the site at night. Came out to a smashed window. I notified the front desk and the very nice lady asked me to fill out a form and suggested I notify management. When I called back a day later to talk to management, they said there was nothing they could do. I would not recommend staying here to anyone.

Hideous experience. Thanks to the complete incompetence of the front desk worker I sat late at night in the lobby for an hour after a very long day of travelling only to pay for my hotel room (which had already been paid for by a travel company) completely out of pocket. Due to no fault of my own or the travel company. Watched a similar snafu happen 3 times while I was waiting, so I don’t think it was an anomaly. Don’t bother.
