I went in and ordered a regular bacon burger. The cashier even confirmed that I wanted it without cheese because I am Lactose. The order came up and I left because I was in a rush. There were only one or two people ahead of me ordering food. However as soon as I got home I opened up the burger and discovered they had put cheese on it. There is no reason for a messed up order considering I went in around 9:30 pm.... This is the second time this month that this has happened. It was too late to go back and request a change to fix my order. I am very disappointed in Five Guys service, and will not be supporting them again.

I love Five Guy's fries. I think they have the best fast food fries... I used to eat there all the time but I cut beef out of my diet around 6 years ago. My biggest wish is for Burger 🍔 restaurants have a little more diversity in Meat options. A chicken burger patty , Turkey burger would be dope. I think that's an untapped market because for me personally I know not to stop at most burger joints because it's 99% beef.

Restaurant is very clean, the food is good, and the employees really seam to love their jobs. Best customer service I've seen in awhile!

Went to the Nicholasville rd. location. I love how much veg they put on the burger! I'm so annoyed when there's too much meat to veg ratio. Finally a burger joint that loads on all the veg. It's no different with bacon and other toppings. These burgers are seriously amazing. It's the truest American classic taste ever. If my German friends came over to visit and want a, what they call, 'real American hamburger,' I would take them here to showcase just that. They source their potatoes from farms close, regionally, and handcut them.
