I usually love this restaurant and we come here quite often but tonight (7/9/22) we were sat behind a large family and then ignored for 30 minutes before we decided to just leave. Four different servers walked around our table but none of them attempted to even take our drink order. Highly upset.

Wonderful breakfast with the family. I swore I would never come back about 18 months ago, but the wife convinced me to try again. Super fast service and the food was nice and hot. The manager came by and chatted us up too. 5 stars

Our waiter was very personable along with the other staff. The food seemed ok but not for Cracker Barrel prices or standards.

We had an extremely nice gentleman help us while we were there. He wasn't our waiter.. but he kept checking on us and bringing us things.We thought he deserved a pat on the back... so we told them out front about how well he treated us. Turns out .. he was the area General Manager. This guy deserves more recognition than I can give him.. What a Classy Gentleman he was. And working as hard as everyone else. Thank you Sir.
