We ordered a dryer online it was going to come out of the MT sterling store. Three times our order was rescheduled without warning and zero communication. We ordered our dryer in May. After over several weeks of rearranging our schedules with the zero communication of the reschedule from the store and the zero communication as well we finally called to get to the bottom of the issue. Trying to get in touch with the manager was impossible. The appliances employee Ian would just hang up and refused to let us talk to the manager Corey. We just wanted to know what was going on with our order as it was supposed to be delivered 3 weeks ago. We have ordered plenty of appliances from Lowes all have come from the Richmond location and we have had nothing but wonderful experiences with them. We thought we were going to get the same quality and professional experience with the MT sterling location. Out of spite Ian cancelled our order, Corey refused to speak to us just letting Ian handle the issue. We were told deal with the Louisville location if we wanted the dryer we actually wanted. That is the distributor over 2 hours away. We decided that we would try the Richmond location. We ordered one that day after waiting almost a month now on the MT sterling location. We once again got the same quality we always expected from Richmond. We were able to pick up a dryer the next morning. Do not go here for any of your appliance needs. Go to the Richmond location. The people at the MT sterling location are just interested in doing nothing an collecting a paycheck. I hope corporate does some investigating on what type of people they hire and the professionalism of management.

No communication, store rescheduled delivery several times over several weeks, then cancelled the order, all without any communication. Ian in appliances just couldn't be bothered to call. Corey the manager was simply inept. Got it from Richmond within 2 days. Will stick to Richmond Lowes for everything.

I had 3 employees send me to 3 different isles looking for hydraulic fluid. There was no hydraulic fluid in the store.. They all 3 gave it a shot....I got a complete cardio workout.

Most tree nurseries have them, there is one in Winchester that stocks them.
Not sure but I think that they would and if not I'm sure they can point you in the right direction
Prices vary from different sizes and brands. But if I ever need anything I can always get what I am looking for there and they have some wonderful employees that are always ready to help
I bought a Husqvarna all wheel drive push mower used it twice and it quits running it quit firing so I put a new spark plug in it still not running so I take it back an they would not exchange it for another one said I had to take it to a repair shop so I did an they wanted to charge me almost as much as I paid for it almost 400 dollars I even paid extra for extended warranty long story short this place SUCKS I will never spend another dollar here I would not advise anyone to buy any mower or appliances from Lowe's cause if you do you will have the same problems I have had they do not stand behind their warranty another thing is that they have young school kids working there that don't know what they are doing word of advice steer clear of this place I'm stuck with an expensive piece of junk
You can call the store and they can tell you. Never seen it there but maybe
I think Lowe's only provides or contracts out service for appliances sold in store on which a warranty is in force.
