I ordered and paid for the only one left in Central Kentucky of a certain sofa from the Mt. Sterling store, after calling twice on Friday to make sure they had it. I drove all the way from Richmond to pick it up on Sunday (they told me I could pick it up within 5 days) and they had sold it to someone else! Apparently, they have a furniture manager that doesn’t know what he is doing and “forgot” to tag my sofa as sold. They proceeded to tell me he has done this several other times. I do NOT recommend going to this Big Lots for your furniture needs.

Big Lots seems to always be very clean when I frequent the establishment whether I'm shopping for me or picking something up for one of my customers... It's never hard to locate the item or items you are there to purchase...
