Lemme begin by saying the service is wonderful. Staff are friendly and pleasant. Chatty to a fault. The first trip was somewhat disappointing though. It’s possible that it’s only inexperience with US not in general. Certainly they are very capable and skilled. Please understand there is a very big distinction between not knowing our personal preference and not knowing the trade. 1st- we were a bit let down with the cut itself. 2nd- it was wildly expensive. Here, again let me say that it could be MY inexperience that is at fault here. For a 12 yr old boy to get a haircut was over 20$!! Why? Granted it won’t be the 7 bucks a pop I remember from my days of having hair. But 20? Typically cost 12$ at our regular spot. 3rd-time spent at the facility was way too long. Let me say that I mean this to have no disrespectful tones. I’m not trying to bash. Not hatin’. Just need to say that the focus on client should be paramount and the conversation with others limited. Constantly talking to people in the shop or on the phone kept the client in the chair for over an hour. For a slight fade with trim on top this is too long. 4/5 is not bad for a last minute scheduling addition. However, the rush that necessitated the patronage was made worse by time spent. Again, they’re good people. Just wasn’t satisfied fully

Horrible, I could have stayed home and got a buzz cut instead of a mess of hair I have left. The lady who cut my hair was nice but definitely did not know what sisscor trim means.

If I could leave a negative review, I would. I asked to get dead ends trimmed and get layers. My hair was butchered. I’ve spoken to a manager and corporate and haven’t gotten anywhere. Here’s my before and after. My hair was longer than it had been in years. Not only was is all cut off, but it was so lopsided, uneven and just hacked to pieces.

Customers can check in online during the hours the salon is open. Online Check-In will not be available during the first five minutes a salon is scheduled to be open. This gives customers who are physically in the salon when it opens a chance to be checked in and have their names added to the wait list. We accept online check-in up until 30 minutes before closing time. You can still get a haircut at closing time, you just can't check in on the app.
