They were of the mac and cheese bowls so we got the famous bowls the chicken was nasty it looked like it had been cooked and reheated customer service was great not going back to kfc

After a 15 minutes wait was told that the 6pc wings I ordered was unsellable and asked if I wanted to wait 12 more minutes. I requested a refund instead of the additional wait (30 minutes for a 6pc wings), don't think so. She refunded my credit card but would not give me the slip saying that it was on managers desk. Ugg,,,,,

How y'all going to serve a famous bowl and the mashed potatoes ain't even stired completely. And barely any gravy on it.

I love the spicy chicken sandwich when it's prepared properly. One of the problems with these fast food chains is a lack of consistency and employees lack people skills. All tables needed to be wiped off so I cleaned ours and the floor is clean but super slick. I would not recommend this KFC.
