They charged me for two things I never ordered. I asked for a refund and after I got the refund they still gave me the things I didn’t ask for but the things I ask for were missing from my bag. They never gave me my drink or any of the sauces.

Very upset with this store. Called ahead to order 16-piece bucket, tell them I would be there in 30 minutes. I get there and they tried to say no one called there even though I said is this 2527 the address and they said yes. Was running late and they said they could make it in 30 minutes, oh but by the way we don't have any dark meat. I wanted a mixture. They said the only 16-piece bucket they had was a carryout so apparently they gave my chicken to someone else. Very unhappy!

Asked for Original, but they gave me crispy👎🏽. Also asked for an 8-piece and they gave me a 6-piece crispy. I didn’t check before I left the drive thru because it’s their job to make sure the customer gets all their food before getting it out there. I’m sure this won’t happen again 🙂.

This place is insane!!!!! Everytime u visit to eat they are always out of chicken and use every excuse why they don’t!!!!! This is what u get when u visit, old chicken, beat up biscuit, stale dry coleslaw!!!! Like why is there not another restaurant put here and why is nobody taking responsibility for this garbage of a place!!??? I even asked them for burger being a smart alike, we don’t serve burgers like u shld cause this place is a joke!!!!!! WORST PLACE IN CLARKSVILLE SAVE UR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!
