I am home, it's quiet and clean, the staff is very helpful. I looked at many places but this was only one to follow up with me. I was given a choice between 2 places and I chose the one that I felt at home

This complex deserves zero stars. The apartments are very dilapidated. They should be charging half as much for rent to live in these conditions. Everything in the apartment was falling apart within a month of moving in. The units are so run down, dark, and infested with house centipedes and roaches. I kept my apartment obsessively clean and roaches still appeared after their pest service came to “spray” the place. Surprise inspections occur without any notification. This happened at least three times where a staff member just let themselves in. There is always some domestic altercation or obnoxious, disturbing event going on the premises. The multiple souped-up cars are always make themselves known by screeching their engines and speeding through the site. Witnessing a resident abuse his partner outside was not uncommon, cops are frequent visitors to this place. There’s never a parking spot available in proximity of your unit so you’re forced to park in guest parking. The only positive thing about here is maintenance requests were taken care of within a timely manner. Avoid living here at all costs!

wish the interiors were better but the poo l is nice. lots of drama but great location for shopping in close range. most of the time i dont even need a vehicle to get what i need.

If you want to dodge shootings, never have a place to park, have your packages stolen, have random neighbors knock on your door warning you of guys in the parking lot waving their guns around, or be disturbed and woken up by the fast and furious street racers of Clarksville revving their engines at all hours, this place is for you.
