The people were friendly. And when I needed a larger unit, it wasn’t a hassle at all. I have now removed my things and they were just as friendly with me as they were with me no longer needing the storage unit.

It was a very simple transaction everything was charged just as it was estimated there were no hidden fees or even penalties for is deciding to keep the truck for an extra day. The staff was friendly and professional and the drop off was even easier. The guy had us checked back in in no time

If I can do No stars I will, U-haul in San Bernardino of baseline just lost a customer, will never go back. rented a pick up and once they gave me the keys I asked if we were going to do a walk-through, was told no due to covid-19.Returned it back 2 hours later and was charged by a damage that I am 100% positive I did not due.
