I am just going to start by saying, this is honestly the worst storage I've been at, not because of the people or the location but just of how unsafe it is, my unit has been broken into and half of my things have been stolen, I believe also the lack of security cameras or a security guard isn't really a good thing. Also the lack of response of the phones isnt helping, I've tried contacting the office but never really get a response, also just a few days after my unit has been stolen I get notified that they're raising my bill, I still haven't been updated about my stolen items, and I'm pretty sure they're long gone. Very disappointed I still haven't gotten an update from their insurance company, I know it's just another claim but it's half of my life items that were stolen. Also to me it is a bit suspicious how my unit was the only one stolen, and the others were store furniture units.

Excellent service! The manager on site is extremely courteous and attentive ready to assist you, addresses all your concerns she has great people skills. Glad to have chosen this storage facility, made me feel secure that my belongings will be safe to place under their care. Highly Recommend! Very clean too!
