Currently the exit is broken and has been broken for about a month now. Before that I could say this storage spot is ok. It's not great just average. The weird thing is though,at night, even hours before the closing time(10pm), I put my code in for the gate and drive to my unit and the alarm goes off the whole drive. All around the storage like I'm a thief or something. Lights, sirens, etc. It isn't a good feeling because it could draw negative attention and I am not trying to explain myself to some cops or security for doing nothing except using my own storage. However these are not reason enough to give it a 3 star, but it is close.

The manager is so nice and the unit I originally got wasn’t available so she gave me a bigger unit so I appreciate her very much

This is the worst place to do business. The staff rude and not helpful. Overcharge me for a free month.. After signing the rental agreement I leave to go pick up my truck that was ready to be unloaded to the unit . When I returned it was 501 pm and I realized that my gate code was left in my car. Oh the lady is still here I'll ask her. She said we're closed 3 times and I didn't need to hear that a 4th time . So Iget back in my truck and oh ya the gate opens up. So I head to my unit and here come the office lady screaming get off my property. I was appalled. And looked at her and.said Glady and left ..went to another storage company. Now I call the corporate office file a case to refund my over charged bill as I won't be using it. Further more was kicked out by your employee... Who did not have time to give me my gate code but had the time to chase me off. So no call was returned and the general manager closed the case I opened and kept the stirege bill running so I get a demand for payment letter in the mail for service you never gave me . As a matter of fact I want my money back all of it. And this mgr that you have running things over there you may want to take a look at all the issues. Please handle this befor it escalates. This is the 3 case

They don't even deserve one star. My unit was broken into 6 times in 3 months - every two weeks. They have surveillance cameras that don't work after dark. They know this. Yes, you can put cars in a 10 x 20 size. You cannot store larger cars.
