Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

I had never ordered anything from this restaurant but I frequent other places in the strip mall. On 4/6/22 I returned home, I noticed a charge from papa murphys pizza place. I called spoke to the alleged manger to discuss the issue she rudely told me to call my card company. I asked her how did they get my card number as I have never been there. The alleged manager explains that this happens periodically and is not a deal. I mentioned filing a police report and the alleged manager tried to discourage me from filing a police report and got indignant, saying "just have your card holder return the money". I filed a police report and cx card. On 4/18/22 I while in the same parking lot an attempt for again for 10.00 with an actual name of what I suspect is an employees name that appeared before papa murphys charge as follows ( $employeename papa murphys). The person I was with had a 10.00 charge as well. No manager was available and they took down the information and pretended not to know who the person was with the business logo attached to their name. They rescinded that payment but I am at a loss of how they were able to steal funds when I have never been in the business except on 4/18/22 and this was a new card. I have yet to hear from manager but I will be filing a police report with the name of the person who was attached to these fraudulent charges to my card. Since this place removed money I have been getting all types of random charges like XBOX for 108.00 and play station for a little under 5.00. This may or may not be related but I believe they are. I would give them a ZERO if I could for inability to resolve an issue they caused, their ability to secure a non customers' card and charge it twice, suspected fraudelent activity, poor management and no call backs. The manager did not even bother to call back.

So grateful they take EBT, I love the fresh ingredients especially the garlic chicken and the ability to make pizzas 1/2 + 1/2 for picky eaters. Best for birthday parties 🥳

I was shocked at how good this pizza was. For years I have seen the sign heading west on I88. It wasn’t until my spouse and I had a conversation about eating cold pizza (because we live in the middle of nowhere, when we pick up a pizza to bring home, it is inevitably cold) that I remembered the sign. So we ordered a half and half thin crust (very reasonably priced), popped it in the oven and it was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Definitely recommended.
