Seems like Corporate came in and cleaned up, this place was terrible and ripped me off the last time I used it 3 years ago. A whole debacle. Since then, I reluctantly used it for another rental while my car was getting fixed, same type of situation, but this time everything went very smooth and I didn't have to pay a thing, all items charged to the insurance company. No employees trying to put me in a compact car or charging me extra when I requested something different, just an organized rental at insurances expense that went quick and easy. How it should be. However this time around, while service was exceptional and the car was brand new and a similar type as what I have, this brand new 2022 Kia with only 30k miles on it had the back right rear window trim literally fall off of it as I was driving, no impact, scratches or anything, never to be found. The local office can't help me because everything is going through the corporate branch, who the local office says will end up doing the vehicle condition report. 3 stars because of this, and I sit here idly hoping I don't have to pay some crazy repair bill on a piece of chrome trim.

We had an important trip to make to southern Illinois. I rented a pickup truck from Dixon, Illinois location but received a call the day before and they said there was not one available. No big deal so I asked for a suv and when I arrived to come in to pick up and use my debit card I was told I must have a utility bill. I understand having a bank statement and payroll statement but I have have never been told I needed the utility bill. I have rented with a debit card from rockford, Naperville, aurora, Dekalb and Chicago and have never been told this. Enterprise made us a day late on our trip.

The rental car was amazing. But we were not told that if any pet hair transfered there would be a $100 cleaning fee. So if you have pets or will be around pets expect to pay an extra $100. As anyone with pets knows their hair gets on all your things and sometimes transfers to whatever it touches. Meaning if you are around animals at all on your trip and miss any hair when cleaning they will charge you $100 extra.

This rental went Exceptionally well vehicle was clean and ready upon arrival pick up and drop off process was fast and professional with this type of service I plan to continue to use this location for future rentals

Enterprise has trucks but you pay through the wazoo... cheaper at uhaul by far
