Have to say disappointed pre paid for a guinea pig was told first come first serv was there before they opened went in as soon as they opened picked out the one I wanted so another employee was watching from a distance and says that one is sold so how is that first come first serv save the excuse there is none I have plenty of animals and reptiles so after this move it will be pet smart where employees stand by their word

Employees were very nice!! Love the puppy bark after you use your card🐕

Like the selection of fish. Most workers are awesome and helpful, very rarely I get that one that just wants to leave or make it harder to get what you need. All in all a decent place just a little expensive sometimes

yes they do
No I don't think so
Sadly they sell feeder mice but no live pinkies only frozen pinkies. And yes i know some people have thought i was cruel. But no im not. Its life its nature. Snakes eat mice and rats. Mine will not eat anything frozen thawed. It will only eat something alive and moving. It does not matter how long it goes without eating. As well irs only 2 months old and feeding live is alot safer for it since there is less of a chance of it still being cold in the middle and my snake regurgitating. So please in the future if someone asks a question about live snakefood please dont comment how cruel it is. We already hear that enough from most other people. How is feeding a live mouse to a snake cruel. But people are fine with a farmer cutting a head off a chicken when its alive? Please be more understanding. Im trying to do what is best for my snakes...
