I made my order online, But they started to prepare my food when I arrived. And when I checked my order at home, they forget my drink, sauce, napkin, and spoon for my mash&gravy. Bad service here, But fried chicken is good.

I went through the drive through and the speaker is broken so therefore you have to ask them to repeat because you can't hear them properly. The attendant get nasty and when I went to the window she has the most nasty attitude and rude. Not a good place to stop. Poor representation for the brand.

Been enjoying coming to KFC since they’ve gotten the Beyond Fried Chicken option. I’ve gotten from here before and from other KFCs. Today though they looked me dead in my eyes and said “here’s your beyond chicken” as they handed me real chicken. I knew the second I bit into it. Not coming here again.
