Going to this location, is basically a 50/50 chance that you'll get someone good. You're taking a risk every time you go in here. I used to go there constantly, I always got a really nice girl for the longest time. I do not remember her name, her hair is fairly short and normally changes a lot ahah. She cuts my hair perfect, every time. Well, one day I had went there to get a haircut, SAME haircut I always get. Well, there just so happened to be someone that transfered from a different Great Clips, filling in for someone else? I do not remember her name, but she had a bit of an accent. At the counter, she asked what I'd like done, I had to have her repeat herself a few times due to her accent. Which, is fine really. I told her that I wanted the same haircut I had gotten last time I was there, explained the haircut and even gave her the name of the hair cut, the name of which was provided to me by a previous employee. So I assume that the haircut name was correct. "The haircut is called a layered bob, but I keep the hair the same length all the way around. As well as bangs". While I was explaining, she acted like I was treating her as if she had no idea what names of haircuts were, as she said "I know, I know", and took me to the chair to begin the cut. Right away I felt off about her. She began the cut at the start, everything was going fine. I was looking okay as well in the mirror so far from what I could see. Then came time for the back of my head. I'm sitting in the chair, checking out my bangs then all of the sudden... I hear the buzzing of the razor! I told her that the haircut I originally got didn't require ANY shaving. She told me to, in her words exactly, "Shut up". She grabbed my head, roughly turned it and began shaving the back. All I could do was sit there and hold back tears. Never went back since.

Took my son here a few times... Just really depends on who you get! my son & husband had very uneven haircuts this time.

Wow.. Never in my life have I ever had someone cut my hair, like I cut mt Barbie doll's hair when I was a kid. She wet down the ends of my hair only and started hacking away, literally. She didn't section my thick hair at all, the scissors were struggling, 10 minutes later and I was back in my car... The elderly gentleman who walked in before me(who had practically no hair) was still in his chair with another stylist when I left the place 🤷‍♀️

I have gone to Great Clips since they opened. The last couple of times have been disappointing at best. I will say when I was lucky enough to get Nancy I was always happy with my cut. She took her time to make sure I got what I asked for. The others, not so much. I went in recently with photos of what I wanted, a cut I knew would work for me. What I got was scalped and I later found a spot by my ear that was bald. Very noticeable. The ladies were far more concerned with what to order for lunch than in the clients in their chair. The one star is because I got right in and the great coupons Great Clips puts out. From recent past experience, coupons aren't worth it.

Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
