We had veggie chili and cheddar broccoli soup. Hardly any beans or vegetables in the chili, mostly a red broth slightly thickened with cornstarch. Same with cheddar broccoli soup, just a few very small pieces of broccoli. Overpriced. Sandwich pictures look really good

Don't ever order for delivery ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 bowls of soup with delivery was to be $21.59. Showed up at the door and only 1 sandwich and one soup. Called the store and they said too bad we Sent what u ordered. Would not make good on the rest of the order. MCALISTER delivery is joke. Will never order from the again.

Exceptional! This is One of the only restaurants in town that I can order from on door dash and never have to worry about the quality!

I really debated on this. However, the amount of times that I’ve come here and gotten my order messed up is just too much. I will say that I love the place. I love the friendly staff, the food, and the environment. What it comes down to is that it’s a hot mess and I truly hope that the management gets it together because it could be such an amazing place. Cashiers have masks under nose and get simple orders such as no ice in a drink, incorrect. I’ve had about 8/10 orders messed up. They are always kind enough to fix it but it should not be a problem in the first place. Please save this new business and get your stuff together!
