I'm not sure what has happened to this location in recent years. Back in the day, they were fast and accurate and got you in and out in a short amount of time. Now, they have long wait times, long drive thru lines. It would be nice if they returned this Wendy's to having the great service they used to provide.

Hamburger was dry and burned. Food on floor in multiple places. Food trays with leftover food on tables. Many tables with crumbs on them. Not impressed at all. Lost a customer. (PS. They were not busy at all.)

Staff was friendly and courteous, food vame as ordered, no issues othet then an extra large wait period. Which to be fair, Is not their failt

over the course of many decades, I have ate at Wendy's on a regular basis. As the pandemic got out of hand, the dine-in was locked so I visited other chains. Since they have now unlocked their doors, it is the same store as I remember but I see changes. The pop fountain machines are out of carbonation, the refrigeration is out on one and the other doesn't dispense ice. it seems like in the span of the year the lobby was closed, nothing was serviced or maintained. I get that. I have ate 3 meals here. the fries were soggy and cold and my sandwich was warm. I'm not a complainer so I just moved on. I have gotten a few people that have had similar experiences here and I'm not sure what is going on. I can understand it happening every now and again as the newbies come in but this isn't the consistency that I grew up with. I'm not sure if anything will be done but I wanted to at least express my concern as this store was one of the best franchises in the area.
