Ordered soup and chili both were half full ordered the bowl at over 7 dollars. This was the second time this happened. Ordered through door dash who refused to put my review on the door dash reviews. Probably they want no liabilty. Also ordered tea it was warm.Pretty sorry that door dash and McAlisters think they are so big that its ok to scam customers and hard working people out of their money ! Such a sad state of affairs now days.

Before ordering online today all Ive ever had was the pickles, which are amazing. I got the nachos, rueben (worst one Ive ever had), and roast beef sandwich with horseradish. It was all quite underwhelming, and even the pickles were super thin today. I just wanted to understand the hype. Tastes maybe a smidge better than Bread Co sandwiches.
