The prices are off the chain for chicken! For the last 3 months they had no other choice of drink but sweet tea! They're always out of wings! Plus one time I was given a half eating chicken sandwich, which I should have took a picture of! The owner or management needs to step their game up, and focus more on customer service because that's what pays their bills!

Just wanted to say on June 15th 2022 I visited Popeyes off of Airport Road and I was provided with excellent customer service. I couldn't read the coupon code so the guy at the drive-thru was nice enough to come out to my car and read the coupon code for me. I truly appreciate it very much. I'm sorry I didn't get his name but him and the guy at the register treating me excellent customer service kudos to both guys you deserve an outstanding customer service Excellence award. Keep up the good work

Last night I came through your drive thru and my order was wrong. I ordered a 3pc tender combo with fries and tartar sauce yet I received 3 legs with ranch sauce. I placed my order at the window since the order box wasn't working and she still got my order wrong. It was too late to come inside. I was totally unsatisfied

HORRIBLY RUDE customer service. Went through the drive thru (Airport Road location), ordered a #8 with a sweet tea. Was told they were out of sweet tea. But had unsweetened tea. Which is fine. I asked if I could instead get a Pepsi. Was told “no drinks”. I asked “you don’t have any drinks but the unsweetened tea?” Was rudely cut off and told “look I told you this 3 times that we have no drinks. Do you want the drink or not?” I said no thank you I’ll take my business elsewhere. Was told “ok good” by very ignorant female drive thru employee who obviously needs to develop her people skills badly. Called District Manager and filed complaint. Condescending and ignorant attitudes here. 3rd time being treated like this. Will not be returning again.
