Fruit basket was done beautifully and was good but I asked if the order could be delivered by a certain time and if they couldn't guarantee it would be ready they should have call or email to let me know. I called the store after my order hadn't been delivered by the requested time and was told it wouldn't be to me until hours later. I information them I wouldn't be at the same location and needed my order right then and didn't know where my next location would be. I ended up driving their fastly (and thank God I didn't get a ticket) to pick up my fruit basket myself. Still had to wait another 15 minutes or so before it was ready. Was not a happy camper with this order!!!

Ordered a few days ahead of time to be delivered at my wife's work as a surprise. My wife was home from work and they still hadn't delivered it. Had to call to get the address changed and they did not care that it was late. It finally arrived at 530pm missing the balloon. Called again, they said they would send the driver back out but I wanted a refund instead since the surprise was ruined anyway. They could not give me a refund, but said the manager would call me on Monday. It us Tuesday, no call and no refund. Do not used this location. Also most of the pineapple was not editable as it was from too close to the rind.

My mom ordered a mother's day gift for me from this store. Like everyone else, it didn't get to me on time. When she called to ask about it, she was told that the entire staff walked out and quit so my delivery would be delayed. It was supposed to arrive today but there have been no updates. Now, no one is answering the phone at the store and the cell phone number we were given by the Edwardsville store goes to a rude old man who acted like he didn't even work for the store and hung up on me. Do not order from this location any time soon as they are clearly going through something.

Poor service. I had ordered an edible arrangement for my daughter. It was supposed to be delivered the day before Mother’s Day because I didn’t want it to be full and busy so they can get the time to actually drop it off to her. It never got to her and they do not answer the phone to at least give me a refund or explanation. Can not leave a voice mail either it says it is full. I call between hours of service can’t get a hold of anyone. Never ordering from here again. I just tried to surprise my daughter but ultimately the surprise had to be ruined by this store. I’ve ordered from this company before but a different location and never had any issues. So I do not blame the company, I do blame the store and their service. All I want is my money back now and I still can’t get a hold of anyone still.
