Cameron was my service guide and he provided exceptional service today. I came in with my civic having an issue with the skid plate and he was able to tell me exactly what needs to be done. No hassle and completely professional the entire way through.

This dealership is very unprofessional and just rude. I spoke to Kate regarding my interest on a civic, she gave me a quote over the phone and in person wanted waaaay more. I had came to her hoping I would be treated fairly and with kindness but that was not the case. When I decided to walk away and go to a different dealership she basically told me she didn’t know why I came in if I didn’t have money to buy a new car.. She mentioned a few other rude comments that made me uncomfortable as a potential client. This was my first new car purchase and she truly ruined my experience however I took my business to Downtown LA Honda & bought the exact civic touring I wanted. AMAZING customer service at Downtown LA Honda.

I am so impress with the customer service that provided for me. The sales associate, Daniel Fernandez,has did an outstanding job, Bravo!Now I am a proud owner of a 2022 Honda Accord Sport sedan. The staff was great to me, I would highly recommend to anyone, to come to Santa Monica Honda. 👍

So…where to begin? We have leased Hondas from a wonderful woman by the name of Natasha at this dealership. She was truly amazing!!! Kind, courteous, passionate about her job and beyond professional. Unfortunately, not only for us-but even more so-for Honda-she has left their employment recently and joined Lexus in Glendale. My first piece of advice would be to get a Lexus instead and go to Natasha. You will not regret that decision!!!! She is worth her weight in gold! My second piece of advice would be to find another Honda dealer-if you truly have your heart set on a Honda, BUT, please RUN-DON’T WALK AWAY from this dealership!!!!! The manager there, Hugh, doesn’t keep his word…lives the infamous “car price jacking game,” and sends his minions to battle. The other person you need to STAY AWAY from is a salesman by the name of Joaquin. He is pushy, arrogant, lies, and is obviously “learning” quite a bit from his manager Hugh. The epitome of EVERY “CAR SALESMAN” STEREOTYPE you could ever imagine! My husband has been a life-long and loyal Honda client, but as of today, will be switching his loyalty, brand, and vehicle to a much more professional, more human, more compassionate and MOST IMPORTANTLY-MORE TRUTHFUL brand, dealership and company….
