Terrible service, multiple hangups by management and customer service in under 2 hours. 41 days and still no refund as promised. You got $40 and I got nothing to eat due to your negligence. Driver was cool enough to at least stop by again 3 hours later and apologize and explain the screwup but my dinner would have been great. Cust care tells you that "upper management will call within 3 business days" which is a complete lie, they have failed 4 times to date. I managed and delivered for Pizza Hut out in CA before moving back recently, you should all be ashamed of yourself for intentionally screwing over your customers. The refund was your idea not mine, all I wanted was the dinner that I paid for. Deserves 0 or negatuve stars, do NOT pay in advance and check your order before handing over the cash.

I called the store to ask about tonights specials a rude man told me too go online for specials and to order. I did that picked a special for $23 that had 1 large 1- topping pizza (which should have been pepperoni) and 1 large 3- topping pizza (which should have been a deep dish crust with extra cheese bacon ham and meatball) I did curbside pick up. The guy brought out 2 large pizza boxes It didnt occur too me to check them before leaving LESSON LEARNED! I got home and found that I had 2 cheese pizzas. I called the store and a VERY RUDE black woman referring too herself as the manager took my call she said they made what came too them from the website and I said lady I would NEVER PAY $29 FOR 2 CHEESE PIZZAS. She said well you just did! With that I got angry she said they were not refunding my money or making the correct pizzas! She then hung up on me! BIG MISTAKE! I called back she proceeded too hang up on me 3 more time. I then called the customer service number and finally Jonathan helped me saying that he placed an order with the store to make them correct pizzas for tomorrow night at 5pm. We shall see if that works! DEFINITELY LOST A CUSTOMER TONIGHT! That store manager needs too be replaced ASAP!

We tried to order a pizza, no one answered the phone after 5 tries. The phone bounces to a call center that has a recording saying “we can’t take your order….call local store” blah blah. The online ordering will not let you place a half and half because I’m vegetarian, my other half is meat lover. -I So we drove over to see if we can place order in person. Manager said no, we must call… which we can’t do, or place online …which we can’t do. I asked, so we can’t order a pizza then? She said no and shut the window. Jerks

Received a pizza with no sauce. Tried to call and talk to someone about it. No one answered my call after waiting for over 20 minutes. Not the first time having issues and definitely not ordering from this location again.
