Every single hotel employee we encountered was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. It really felt like home throughout our stay because of the friendly greetings by valet, housekeeping, the front desk team, spa staff, and everybody we encountered. They welcomed our pets, gave our dog treats, and gave lots of love to both our dog and cat. The location at the base of Beaver Creek is unbeatable, and the rooms and amenities were very nice. The gym was well-equipped with cardio equipment, weights, a squat rack, a Smith machine, various cable machines, and other machines for working specific body parts. We got massages and facials at the spa. Winifred was absolutely delightful and welcoming every time we went there. The massage by Kari was one of the best I've ever had - she legitimately cured a persistent headache I was experiencing, by focusing on alleviating tension in my neck and head. And Jennifer was wonderful to chat with during my facial. The five step water ritual was lovely and rejuvenating. I highly recommend checking out the spa during your stay or if you're in the area.

Horrible service. Our entire family went down to the inside snack store to get snacks. At the store it said “Pay at the front desk”. We have two teenagers and a baby. We were all together. Josh, an associate accosted my son and yelled at him-not sure why. He must not know the sign says to pay at the front? Anyways-really sad for a “5 star hotel”. We will not be back to stay at the hotel again. I hope Josh learns how to treat guests no matter what age.

Great location and customer service. The food is definitely overpriced and lacks quality. Rooms were clean, nothing out of the ordinary. Definitely gets the 5 stars because of the location of the hotel. Valet staff were very nice and concierge.

Great experience from check in to check out. Amazing ski in/ski out and equipment valet. Rooms are your standard hotel rooms, but service goes beyond. Multiple hot tubs, lively bar, s’mores kits and friendly service greets you during your stay. 10/10 will stay again

Call them, why would you rely on anyone but management to answer this question
And hot chocolate in the lobby
Gerald Ford Hall is not free during ski season and no overnight parking is allowed any time, even when it is free during summer and shoulder season. They have also starting charging for Elk Lot so that is also no longer free.
